Some people celebrate Matariki by planting trees. Today we did some of our own planting. We used some of the New World little gardens and planted them in their containers. We will leave them in the warmth of the classroom and see if they begin to grow.
Later in the week, we have a very colourful Hebe to plant in the school garden!
