Milk for Schools

We are so lucky to get milk to drink each day from the Fonterra Milk for Schools programme.

Every child in our school is able to have a carton of delicious milk every day.

When we are finished, the cartons are folded flat and sent for recycling where they are made into books and tiles.

On Friday, Charmaine and Rob came to pick up the school's recycling.They were very impressed with the way children at Westport South School fold their boxes and get them ready for recycling.  

Congratulations to ALL the children at Westport South School and a very big thank you to the milk monitors from Room 12 who deliver and collect our milk each day!
