Education outside the classroom

Today we went to the Westport Domain.  While there, we had a good look around and saw trees, birds and cicada shells!  After lunch we played with the sports equipment and climbed a tree.  Next we went over to the Buller bridge to record some more observations.  Then we walked over the bridge!  That was pretty exciting!  We ended our day drinking milk from school and eating the cookies Brynleigh's Mum had sent for us. We had a fabulous time and would like to say a special thank you to our wonderful helpers.
