Butterfly!

We patiently waited ALL day for our first butterfly to hatch.  As soon as the bell went and the children left for home, the chrysalis hatched and we were left with this beautiful monarch butterfly.  The only one left to see it was Jessie!  Hopefully the others will hatch at a more convenient time!!

Happy Valentines Day

Library visit

This afternoon we visited the library for the first time.  Everyone chose a book to take home. It needs to be returned by next Wednesday to the box in the classroom.  Children were excited to select a book and couldn’t wait to read them back in the classroom.
