Fantastic writing
Porsha showed us her writing which included spaces, capital letters, high frequency words and fantastic letter sounds in unknown words. Awesome work Porsha!

Porsha has a treat for us!
This morning Porsha sat her ballet exam and then came and gave us a demonstration of some of her amazing ballet moves...thank you so much Porsha! We enjoyed watching you dance for us Porsha and hope you can perform for us again!
Numeracy
This afternoon we used the dice to recognise patterns to 6. See if your child can name the pattern quickly without counting!

Showing H.E.A.R.T. In the office
This week our focus for the office has been to use our manners by saying please and thank you, and speaking clearly. We went to see Taryn to practise this. We talked about waiting our turn and walking through quietly. Then we wrote some amazing stories which we will publish tomorrow.
When we go to the office, we will practise all of these things so that we can demonstrate H.E.A.R.T. At school.
What are these two up to?
I spotted Rihanna and Breya at lunchtime today and asked what they were doing...
They told me they were hiding so no one could see them! Very creative, girls!
Kindy visit
This morning we were visited by a group of children from the Westport Kindergarten. This group included our friends Jack and Devin, it was lovely to see you today!

Puzzles
Conrad completed the new fire engine puzzle all by himself...
Then Liam and Devin worked together on the farm puzzle.
