Sam does it again!

At the Buller A & P show, Sam scooped the junior prize section and won the junior cup!  He was 1st for his vegetable creation and also 1st for his family picture.  Sam, I can see you have worked really hard on your entries, well done! I hope you enjoy spending your Toyworld voucher!

Sam picked up the title of Mr Cowboy Primary School at the Richmond Rodeo today, great stuff Sam!  Here are some photos his Mum took of him...

The new Margaret Mahy Playground opened in December.  It is easy to find on the corner of Armagh and Manchester Street.

There is special parking around the area, 

and public toilets.

This playground is amazing!  There is so much to do for children and adults including a huge slide, water features, flying foxes and adult swings.  There is special lighting at night and all you hear is the sound of people having fun.  

I thoroughly recommend you visit if you get the chance, no matter what time of day!

We went late evening and it wasn't too busy, no queues for slides etc.
