Dance Performance
Ayla offered to dance for us today. She showed us some of the moves she has been practising for the big Westport Competitions. We enjoyed her dance and all clapped afterwards, before joining in. Thanks Ayla!

I is for Iceblocks!
It was soooooo hot this afternoon. Mrs Forsyth bought us a treat, an Ice-block! We sat under the tree and ate them, thank you Mrs Forsyth!
Playing with the blocks
Mrs Forsyth let us use her special blocks this afternoon. We had lots of fun with them!
We also used her wooden blocks. We built all sorts of things like towers and racing cars!
Top Camper Award
After our Education Outside the Classroom trip to the Westport Domain, we were able to choose two 'Top Camper' awards to be given out. The first one went to Emma for showing H.E.A.R.T. on our trip, well done Emma!
Assembly singing
Room 14 entertained us with two beautifully sung songs, great work Room 14 and Mrs Rout!
Principal's Awards
Today Amber and Jessica received the Principal's Awards at assembly, well done!
Then Amber was lucky enough to have her name drawn out to have Subway on Tuesday! Great stuff!
Class Awards
Congratulations Emma and Leroy for receiving class awards today!
Emma had dramatically improved her basic sight word recognition!
I heard Leroy numerous times today referring to "Showing HEART" in the classroom!

I is for Instruments!
We got out the musical instruments and created a Room 6 band. We tapped the beat and made a Huge noise!
