We put a few drops of food colouring in a glass. Next we put in a large teaspoon of baking soda. Then we poured in some white vinegar. Guess what happened? It all fizzed up and spilt over the edge of the glass! This is because the baking soda reacted to the vinegar to create a chemical reaction.
