Principal's Award
A special congratulations to Jessica who received the Principal's Award at assembly today. Jessica also had her name drawn out for the subway order on Tuesday! Nice going Jessica!

Swimming tomorrow
Swimming is at 11.00am tomorrow, thank you to those who helped today. Please continue to check your child's swimming bags to ensure they have all their own gear!

Library
Each Wednesday we have our library session and get the opportunity to select a new book for the week. We can only get a new book if our previous one was returned. Today only 4 children had their books. Please remind your child to pack their book so they can choose a new one next time.
Keeping Ourselves Safe
Please return the booklets that were sent home yesterday. There were quite a few that didn't come back to school, we will need them for tomorrow's lesson.

Buller Rugby Team
We all wore our red and blue clothes today to support the Buller Rugby Team. We were pleased to welcome members of the team to our school assembly, including our own Mr Adams.
The school Kapa Haka group did a stunning Haka for them.
They gave away some tickets to their big game tomorrow and shook hands with all of today's award recipients.
Then they played touch rugby with the senior students.
We were very lucky to have them at our school and wish them all the very best for tomorrow's Meads Cup final, go Buller!

Lunch together
This is Lachlan and his big brother Ethan having lunch together. It is nice they can make the most of this opportunity before Ethan goes to High School in 2015.
Mufti Day!
This Friday 24 October, we are going to have a special Mufti Day to support the Buller Rugby Team and Mr Adams. 
Buller have made it to the grand final. This is a huge achievement for Buller and we want to wish them the very best of luck! Please come to school wearing Buller colours; red and blue! Go Buller!

As it was raining during fitness time, we set up our circuits on the verandah for a change! (Even though we know we don't run on the verandah, we were well supervised!)
